Is Suicide A Criminal Act According To Statutory Law

The facts behind determining suicide are also oblique since the dead body can't answer. Determining suicide by coroners depends on the legal absolute of discovering cause and deciding the legal stature of the effect. There are legal reasons in deciding whether the death of a fellow human was suicide. Most of those reasons have more to do with the living rather than the body found dead due to reasons or by means that can't be blamed on another person.

The law depends on its consideration of situation on the highly trained critical thinking skills of the socially appointed determiner of the facts known as the judge for its consideration of facts and labelling the effects of those acts according to statutory law.  Here we are being challenged with the question posed, is suicide a criminal act according to statutory law? According to legal precedent, the laws that apply to reasoning by cause and effect seem to be the only laws that can be used in preparing a legal charge in the case of suicide by a single or a group of people.

Is suicide a legal chargeable criminal act?  That question seem absurd, doesn't it.  The fact is that suicide is deemed a criminal act that can't be charged against the criminal since a dead body can't be brought before a judge let alone a jury which is the usual practice in deeming a fellow human to be a criminal.

To charge suicide means that insurance policies might not be payable to heirs.  To charge suicide means that charging another fellow human with the charge of murder might not be applicable.  There are certain causes like abuse or the revelation of some hidden truth that might have caused the fellow human to commit the illegal act of killing himself deemed a suicide.

But, that messenger can't be charged with murder if the coroner determines suicide as the cause of death.  The cause might be self destruction but like Russian roulette, the murderer might very well be another human being.  Determining suicide is sometimes to free someone from paying for murder. That is a problem that has existed since Cain slew Able.  To charge God as the cause of Cain's violence is not legally absolute.  To charge Able with suicide is since he might have slain himself by giving Cain control over his existence.

The matter becomes oblique.
